Emma Wills

Director of Business Development

Emma is a nurse, phlebotomist and menopause coach with a qualification in nutrition and clinical experience in haematology and oncology. Her background has given her a strong understanding of complex health conditions, patient communication and the importance of supporting the whole person, rather than treating one isolated symptom.

As Director of Business Development at My Health Route, Emma helps shape the organisation’s strategy, services, partnerships and client experience. She works across the clinical and commercial sides of the business, helping ensure that its services remain credible, practical, accessible and centred on the needs of the individual.

Emma also brings extensive experience in audience and community development, programme design, partnership building and creating services that people understand, trust and want to engage with.

Her professional knowledge is supported by lived experience, including navigating surgical menopause and her own health and life challenges. This gives her an ability to empathise, listen without judgement and understand how vulnerable, confusing and overwhelming the search for appropriate support can sometimes feel.

Her particular interests include women’s health, menopause, nutrition, preventative healthcare, mental and emotional wellbeing and improving the way people navigate their health options.

Emma’s role at My Health Route brings together clinical understanding, lived experience, human connection and business development, helping turn ideas into sustainable services that make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.
