Talk to our team
If you’re struggling, Jules and Vicky can listen, help you explain what is happening and work with you to find an appropriate next step. You do not need to have the right words before contacting us.
Hours and response times
Our team is available during office hours, 9am–5pm.
We cannot always answer calls immediately. If we miss your call, please leave your name, contact number and a brief message. We aim to return calls received during office hours that working day.
Our enquiry forms are checked daily, but are not monitored continuously. Please do not use the form for an emergency.
