As a qualified physiotherapist with 40 years of experience, Tina has worked internationally, specialising in sports injuries, physical trauma recovery, pain management, holistic wellbeing, and rehabilitation.

Tina was selected as the physiotherapist for the GB Sports Acrobatics team, supporting athletes while travelling worldwide for five years. Alongside this, she also competed in acrobatic gymnastics herself, representing Great Britain as part of a women’s trio with two different partnerships on numerous occasions.

Her career has taken her through a wide range of clinics and doctors’ practices across the UK and the South of France. In 2020, she opened her own practice in Ferndown, Dorset, before moving to her clinic in Ringwood in April 2023. She now welcomes clients to her home clinic in West Parley, where she continues to provide a high standard of personalised care.

Tina brings a deep passion and professionalism to her work and is committed to delivering the very best service to every client something reflected in the many testimonials she has received.

Her specialist areas include Scoliosis treatment and rehabilitation, spinal mobilisation (ASMI) which hugely benefits those individuals suffering from Scoliosis. Functional movement patterns, soft tissue massage, Acupuncture, postural rehabilitation through breathwork and postural respiration and DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation). The use of K-Laser therapy has significantly promoted and reduced healing time. It is a safe, non-invasive treatment that supports the body’s natural healing processes.

With an in-depth understanding of the human body, Tina recognises the strong connection between mind and body, and the impact each has on the other. This led her to further qualify as a Health & Wellness Consultant, allowing her to support clients in a more holistic and integrated way.

A lifelong lover of movement, Tina now keeps active through a mix of training, swimming, and running. These days, she’s often out exploring with her two puppies, Willow and Blaise, whether that’s running through the forest or enjoying the fresh air along the beautiful Dorset coastline. This connection to movement and nature continues to inspire both her personal life and her work with clients.
